Terms
Where I is stated, it refers to the reader signatory of the text. Signature is effected by activation of the I Agree confirmation button/link connected to these terms and conditions presented as a whole and in their entirety and/or upon any objective interaction with the site and its contents. Where client is stated, it refers to the person(s) legally bound to contract through agreement to these terms and conditions. Where host is stated, it refers to the owners, management staff and direct employees of the project. Where project is stated, it refers to any section, in part or whole, associated with Style88, Fine Art International, Elev8 promotions or any enterprise controlled by the host.

The host is a company registered in the UK and therefore commits itself and its clients to UK law. English law shall govern each transaction, including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships, which arise as a result of such sales. The client and the host submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising out of any sale. As a third party negotiator between owner/originator and end user, the host dismisses any liability whatsoever relating in any way to issues of ownership, authorship, censorship, copyright and any other authenticity defect, or alteration from/of any details or claims stated on/through - directly or with reference to - the work represented here.

The host accepts no responsibility or liability for any alteration or miss-judgment relating to taste and/or compatibility regarding any of the items featured on/through - directly or with reference to - the host site and/or it’s content and affiliates. The host does not directly represent any of its clients in any way, and therefore can never be held responsible for any act or connected liability that may result in disciplinary and/or legal action linked to it’s client(s) and/or affiliates. All descriptions on the site are the sole responsibility of client(s) therefore while the host will make every effort to ensure these details are accurate, it cannot be held liable for miss-description or miss-judgement of any kind regarding details of the works and the clients.

All information submitted to the host will not be used, or disclosed to any other party, either during registration or at any other time, without the express permission of the client, given during registration or at some other time. While the confidentiality of this information submitted through the project will be honoured, the host reserves the right to release all or any detail(s) of information to higher and/or legal authorities should it be required or requested by said authority and/or the host for legal reasons.

The host hereby removes any responsibility for and liability towards technological malfunction, viral transmission, or any system irregularity of any kind that may occur or seem to occur from interaction with the project at any point. The host will not be held responsible to the client or any third party for any loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, and business or management time, howsoever caused. This does not affect the client(s) statutory rights as a consumer.
